The nearby Komoro, Miyota, and Karuizawa-Oiwake areas have many wonderful restaurants, shops, and art museums, while neighboring Tomi City and the Chikuma River are home to many popular wineries. Both areas are easily accessible, making this an excellent location.

This hill offers a rare, dry summer climate, meaning you rarely encounter mosquitoes, a natural enemy in the summertime.
Even when it's raining in Karuizawa, Saku, or Tomi City, it's somehow sunny here. The high rate of sunny days is one of its charms.
You don't have to do anything. "Sora no ie Garden" is a place where both humans and dogs can find healing in nature.
Up to three dogs (including large ones) of any breed are allowed (free of charge). Please use the Wild English Garden as a dog run.
You can also enjoy a BBQ on the terrace.
