Important Notes for Reservations

We recommend creating a user account on AirHost before making a reservation.

You may also book without creating an account, but please be careful not to make any mistakes when entering your email address.

After completing your reservation, a confirmation email will always be sent to the email address you entered.

Please make sure that emails from the domain @client.airhost.co are not filtered into your spam or junk folder.

If you wish to cancel after booking, please click the cancellation button in your reservation confirmation email, or log in to AirHost and cancel from your account page.

Changes to a reservation cannot be made directly from the AirHost screen, so please contact us by replying to the email sent from the property after your booking is completed.

Please note that once you click the final reservation confirmation button on AirHost, cancellation fees will apply if your booking falls within the cancellation fee period.

Please review your reservation details carefully before confirming your booking.
