Located along the “Asama SunLine” highway at an altitude of 1,000m, the restaurant offers a panoramic view of the Yatsugatake Mountains and Saku Plain from the dining area. The restaurant uses 100% locally produced buckwheat flour and does everything in-house, including hand-kneading the noodles. The soba noodles are smooth and the tempura has a crispy texture that is simply superb! You can even bring your pets along to dine on the terrace.
