This miso ramen is made by a miso brewery with 340 years of history. No artificial seasonings are used, and the standard menu includes “”Yamabuki Red”” and “”Yamabuki White,”” which combine a rich soup made with chicken broth as the main ingredient, seafood such as kelp and bonito, and 17 types of mountain produce such as shiitake mushrooms and carrots, with their proud miso.
